Test and pilot privacy notice

Slegato is a validation project by Webizio.it. This notice applies to the public test, the pilot application and their optional link.

Public test without an email

The test stores three answers under a random identifier: the type of dependency observed, when it last occurred and the number of people in the business. It also stores the selected language and completion time. New records also store a random journey identifier, the funnel and result versions, and a general source category selected from a limited list. Full URLs, referrers and free-form campaign parameters are not stored. Earlier records remain unchanged and are not enriched retrospectively. The test record contains no email address or free-text answer. These identifiers make the records pseudonymous, not anonymous.

Minimal journey events

To understand where the journey is started, completed or abandoned, Slegato stores private first-party technical events for starting the test, completing its answers, requesting the result, saving the first point, viewing the result, starting and submitting the application, and choosing whether to link the test. Each stage is stored only once for a random journey identifier. These events contain no email address, test answers or free text.

Pilot application

The application separately stores a work email, business size range, language, submission time and consent to be contacted. A person can apply without completing or attaching the test.

Optional link

The test is linked to an application only when the person explicitly chooses to attach it. The link uses both random identifiers and the time of that choice; it is not created automatically through email or another recognition method. Future operational onboarding remains a later step and is not collected by these forms.

Why we use it

Individual records may be reviewed only by the authorised team for quality control, retention management and journey validation. Results, comparisons and communications are analysed and produced in aggregate, with their period and denominators stated. Application data is also used to assess the application, contact the interested person and organise the pilot’s manual activities. We do not use it for newsletters or automated promotional messages.

Retention and access

Our retention policy requires deletion within six months of collection; during this validation phase, reviews and deletion are handled manually until a verified automated process is available. Access is limited to authorised Webizio team members working on this project.

Choices and requests

Contact about the pilot is based on the consent given in the form; attaching the first point revealed by the test is a separate choice. You can withdraw that consent and ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing ciao@webizio.it. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before your request.

Technical providers

Data is hosted in private storage on the Vercel infrastructure used to publish this website and is not sold. Vercel acts as a technical provider to make the service available.

Aggregate statistics and performance

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure visits, viewed pages, general technical information and Core Web Vitals in aggregate and without analytics cookies. These tools do not receive email addresses, answers, test or application identifiers, first-party journey events or private dashboard data. Stages that occurred before first-party events were introduced are not reconstructed retrospectively.
